Terms & Conditions

• Minimum booking time.... 2 Hours
• Please specify day rate or hourly rate at time of booking (Day Rate is 8 hours, 1/2 Day is 4 hours)

• Overtime will be subject to negotiation at time of booking
• Travel time will be billed if travel time is over 1 hour

• 12 hours prior to call time or 2 hour minimum charge or 1/2 rate will be charged
• Weather pending booking must be booked within a 10 day range of weather cancellation

• Internet ads, posters, flyers, TV, displays or attachments of any sort may not be published without first permission from the Agency and confirmed during the time of the booking of the Talent
• International rates for international publication or buy out rates must be negotiated with the Agency
• Reproduction and/or reusage of material must be renegotiated with Agency and Talent
• Model release must be signed by all parties within 24 hours of the job

• 20% Agency Fee
• 6% GST (& PST where applicable)
• 2% interest monthly past 30 day invoice unless negotiated prior to billing
